Hello! I'm Jerry Gu, a software developer currently based in Richmond, Virginia. I'm currently working on scalable machine vision systems at BNSF Railway. I'm also creating a fighting game called ALL OR NOTHING in my free time with some amazingly talented artists and designers. I'm currently enjoying studying graphics programming when I'm not working on any of the above as well.
In 2025 I graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Computer Science. While there I did coursework mostly focused around computer science, applied mathematics, and philosophy. I also studied abroad for a semester in Seoul, South Korea at Seoul National University.
When I'm not programming, you can find me practicing kendo, gaming, collecting CDs, writing blogs, and voice acting, probably in that order.
